  5. Regular updates via messaging platforms
    Stay informed with regular updates through a dedicated messaging group (e.g., WhatsApp).
  6. Preparation through meetings
    Multiple physical or virtual meetings will be organized to ensure you are well-prepared.
  7. We will help you with the visa formalities (if any)
    Clear instructions on how you get your visa (if any)

Organisation

  1. Initiation of the exchange program
    Once the program is initiated, Milna will establish communication with the adult designated by your organization in the Unique form Organization.
  2. Centralized communication through the designated adult
    All relevant information regarding the progress of the project (such as host families, hosting schools, accommodations, etc.) will be shared exclusively with the designated adult who will decide what should be communicated further to the Organisation.
  3. Regular updates
    We will provide regular updates to the designated adult on the project’s progress through email or a chosen communication platform (e.g., WhatsApp).
  4. Preparation and support
    Physical or virtual meetings will be organized to keep the designated adult informed of key milestones and to address any questions they may have.
  5. We will help with the visa formalities (if any)
